As the Supervisor, you'll own the inspections, work with the customers, and coordinate the cleaning crews.
You are the right-hand person to the Area Manager.
Salary:
$40,000 per year with benefitsDays & Times:
Flexible Days hours vary off on Sunday and MondayTotal of 40 hours each week:
Other onboarding requirements may apply
Responsibilities:
Review assignments with Area Manager and maintain contact with Support team.
Perform site inspections.
Maintain and establish lines of communication with customers.
Assist with scheduling cleaning teams.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of supervisory experience At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of janitorial experience Must maintain a clear driving record.
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
unassisted.
Able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug screen, and e-Verify.
