is currently seeking a HR Generalist located in Dillsburg, PA.

This position will support and manage all areas of HR including, but not limited to, recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee relations, job evaluations, compensation, benefits administration, training, AAP, and special projects.
The HR generalist will also develop and implement HR policies/procedures.
This position will report to the Office Manager.
Qualified candidate must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline and 2
years of experience.
Candidates must have knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local legislation as it applies to human resources.
SHRM Certification is a plus.
Applicants should be highly motivated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
