This is a full time, in-office position with eciGroup, headquartered in Dillsburg, PA.
Essential Duties Envision, design, and collaborate on cutting edge and intuitive digital, print, and web solutions serving intra-corporate and client needs Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability, and sustainability Produce and create digital and print solutions for corporate brochures, client presentations, proposals, newsletters, signage, banners, etc.
Monitor, improve, and update all corporate web and media content and postings Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all schedules for graphic content requirements and media postings are met Ensure and maintain consistency of corporate brand integrity Work closely with IT Department to ensure continuation of stable production platforms and environments Required Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities Demonstrated minimum of 5 years graphic design experience/education Self-starting individual with proven ability to take ownership of results, deadlines, and driving improvements Experience designing user solutions utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (i.
e.
Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, Photoshop, etc) Macromedia Dreamweaver, and/or equal platforms Microsoft Office Suite experience General understanding of all aspects of corporate communication Photography/Videography experience a plus, but not required Ability to work full time hours in an in-office position.
