Customer Service (Brookville) We are seeking a Customer Service Associate in our Brookville location.
A customer service position provides excellent customer service, to greet the customer, assess his or her situation and suggest information, products, or referrals to best satisfy those needs.
They also generate sales, merchandise product, and support the store management team.
What you will do:
Provide assistance to all customers Answer the phone in a professional manner Match and mix paint, using computer color matching equipment Operate Point of Sale (POS) computer to complete sales transactions in a timely and accurate manner Operate pipe threading and pipe cutting machine Operate key cutting machine Operate glass and acrylic machine Special order products for customers.
Assist customers with product loading into their vehicles; when appropriate What you need to succeed:
Capable to accurately calculate figures, count change, and perform cash exchange transactions Able to interact with other staff, vendors, and customers With limited training, able to operate calculators, point-of-sale (POS) computer/keyboard, paint match computer, telephones Handle and resolve problems involving customers and standardized solutions Communicate well verbally Able to wear and use headsets Work scheduled time and be punctual Read a measuring tape/ruler accurately to 1/16 Please respond by:
